Terms & Conditions
TOUR RATES
- All tour rates are our special rate for booking made though Komodo-Tour.com only.
- Rates features are including tax and service charges and are quoted in US Dollars.
- Tour rates, cruises and diving are quoted per person per package.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
- No cancellation fee will be applied if the airline tickets have not been issued yet.
- 30% cancellation fee will be applied if the airline tickets have been issued.
- 50% cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the tour date.
- No refund will be applied for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the tour date or now show.
RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES
- All bookings are required to be guaranteed by valid credit; VISA, MASTER or AMEX CARD.
- The credit card will be charge if the booking has been confirmed.
- Travel voucher and airline tickets will be handed upon pick up from respective hotel on the day of departure
- A reconfirmation email will be sent once the credit card has been succesfully debited.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES
- All US Dollars charges will be converted into local currency that is IDR or Indonesia Rupiah.
- The exchange rate from USD to IDR will be based on the latest buying USD rates to IDR.
- NO ADDITION CREDIT FEE will be applied.
REFUND PROCEDURES
- All refund will charged 3% additional fees and will be credited to your credit card.
